While surfing the net for recipes, I found a site full of wonderful raspberry recipes, called Raspberry Depot Make sure to check their site out!
It's hard for me to resist the temptation to eat raspberries in their raw state, in order to actually put them into recipes, but occasionally I'll buy a few containers and splurge to make something(of course, leaving a few behind for eating raw). My mom has always made baked goods for breakfast, and when I lived at home, dad and I would always use raspberry jam with our biscuits, muffins or popovers. Raspberry pie is to die for. I get them from an Amish bakery nearby, and it's perfect..not too sweet or tart..just right. Anything with raspberries in it, to me, is comfort food, for sure.
